Description Of Work: Clean and seal grout in kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms, Clean mildew from shower

Member Comments: Six months ago, Louie came to my home and gave me an estimate for cleaning the grout on the entire first floor of the house, including a moldy shower in the master bathroom. I was impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, punctuality and how he explained the cleaning process. When I was ready to schedule Grout Warriors last month, he honored the estimate price and we set a date.

Today he and Tina came a few minutes early to set up their equipment and then jumped right in. I sat on the back porch to wait and work on my computer. Imagine my surprise when they said they were finished by 11:15!! (Another grout company told me the job would be at least 12 hours!) Louie said it was because of the heat and the truck-mounted machines they use, which are top of the line. I guess other companies do most of the work by hand.My floors look fantastic for the first time in years. I am so pleased with Grout Warriors and their professionalism and dedication. Every small business owner should strive to provide the service that Grout Warriors embodies.

Description Of Work: They cleaned the floor tile grout in the foyer, kitchen and hallway. They used specialized equipment that did a great job and left no residue. The floors were spotless.

Member Comments: There was a scheduling misunderstanding on the initial contact, but they made every effort to correct the problem and thereafter came through with flying colors. The true test of a service company is not how the perform when every thing goes right, but how they perform when something goes wrong. They did a great job of recovering from an appointment problem and I would recommend them and will use them in the future.
