Description Of Work: This was the best experience I have had on AngiesList. Both Louis and Laura were great! I was so impressed with the grout cleaning. Our tile and grout looked like it did on the day it was placed down (15 yrs) ago. After pets, kids, vistors, etc, I was simply amazed at how the grout cleaning turned out.

Description Of Work: I hired Grout Warriors to clean my ceramic tile floors.

Member Comments: The team from Grout Warriors came in and did a complete evaluation of the job and immediately began to prepare. I had already moved some items out of the way and they appreciated that. I also watched some video from their website so I had a general idea of what to expect. The team was courteous and professional in every step. Example: making sure their feet were covered when walking on an area that was just cleaned….to wiping down surrounding areas that got very minor water splashes. After cleaning, and using portable dryers to completely dry the areas cleaned, I was asked if I was satisfied with the job. In a single word…”Fantastic” !!!

After 11 years of seeing the same old floor, my tile and grout looked brand new again !!! I will definitely use Grout Warriors again and will recommend them to everyone.

Description Of Work: Grout repair. The tile shower stall edges and corners were losing their grout. Grout Warriors cleared away all loose grout after a thorough acid bath cleaning to remove all soup residue. The corners and edges were then filled with a synthetic grout that allows for expansion and seals the joints. The also re-grouted a wall tile that had been cut out by plumbers to perform a repair.

Member Comments: Two appointments were needed. One to do the estimate and identify the material needed. A second appointment was to perform the work after the material had been acquired. In some cases they may have the necessary material in their trailer and the work would then be possible in one appointment.

They were very careful to protect floors and floor coverings when the worked, and they did a thorough job of cleaning up when they were done. The work was performed very well and the finished product was very good. A note. This is a husband and wife team, not a large organization. This works well since they have pride in their work and have full control over the product. However, they do not have the depth of staff to recover from illnesses or other scheduling conflicts. This resulted in a couple of reschedules before the work was accomplished. Be patient with them and the work will be worth any slips in schedule.
